Amitsoq EIFO Loan: First Drawdown Completed

GreenRoc Strategic Materials announced this morning the drawdown of the first EUR 848k of funds under its loan facility with EIFO, to be put towards the construction of the company’s graphite anode pilot processing plant in Denmark and preparations for next year’s Phase 3 drilling programme.

For GreenRoc shareholders like Alba, one of the key features and benefits of the EUR 5.2m EIFO loan facility is that it will not be due for repayment or conversion for five years, giving GreenRoc a substantial and secure funding runway to build serious value in both the Mine and the Processing Plant without shareholders suffering any dilution from that funding stream in the intervening five-year period.
