Continued Progress Across Alba’s Core Projects and Investments

The past week has seen steady progress across Alba’s key projects and investments, alongside a productive set of meetings at the PDAC Convention in Toronto.

Clogau Gold Mine (Wales)
Underground work continues at Clogau, where a meshing and bolting exercise has now been completed. A further 54 bulk bags of material from the previous blast have been brought to surface, with the next blast scheduled to take place today. Work at the Llechfraith target remains focused on careful, staged advancement and material handling as the programme progresses.

Motzfeldt Critical Metals Project (Greenland)
At PDAC, the team held a number of constructive meetings relating to Motzfeldt. These included discussions with representatives of Kujalleq Municipality, where the project is located. Establishing a regular dialogue with local authorities and communities is an important part of responsible exploration in Greenland.

We also met with several technical contractors involved in the planned 2026 work programme, including hyperspectral survey providers and consultants supporting the project’s geological review and Mineral Resource workstreams. Metallurgical and mineralogical testwork on Motzfeldt material continues in South Africa.

GreenRoc also marked an important milestone at PDAC, where EU Commissioner Stéphane Séjourné formally presented the Company with its EU Strategic Project certificate.

Across PDAC more broadly, there was clear interest from governments and agencies, including the EU, UK, Canada, France, Denmark and Greenland, in supporting responsible development of Greenland’s mineral resources. That growing engagement reflects the strategic importance of critical minerals to secure future supply chains.

Next steps across the portfolio include continued fieldwork, technical analysis and stakeholder engagement through the coming months.
