Clogau Update: Level 5 Momentum Continues

Yesterday at the Clogau Gold Mine, the team successfully completed another drill-and-blast cycle at Level 5, advancing the working face by approximately 1.7 metres, our best advance to date in a single blast.

The controlled blast was initiated from the portal under strict permit-to-work procedures, followed by the standard post-blast sequence of ventilation, gas checks and inspection prior to re-entry. 

With the face advanced, the focus underground now moves on to mucking out the blast material (around 20 tonnes), followed immediately thereafter by the next sequence of drilling and blasting.
