Clogau Update: Six Blasts Completed, Throughput Improvements Underway

Today’s RNS provides an operational update from the Llechfraith Target at the Clogau-St David’s Gold Mine.

  • Six blasts have been completed in the current phase, advancing development by 8.1 metres in total.

  • Estimated ~90 tonnes of blasted material has been produced for sorting and processing to date.

  • Following the most recent blast, operations paused briefly while additional roof support measures were implemented. Mucking out is expected to resume thereafter, once these measures are complete.

Processing work to date has involved sampling from blasts 1–5 through the pilot plant flowsheet to produce a dry final concentrate. Work is continuing to improve pilot plant throughput, including increasing the available water supply. A further update on processing timescales will be provided once these measures have been implemented.

George Frangeskides, Executive Chairman, commented that this phase represents the most significant development at Clogau in decades and that the team is progressing towards the next development objective.

Forward-looking statements apply.
