Alba Mineral Resrcs. - Corporate Update, Board & Personnel Changes
Mark Austin, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer and Senior Geologist since October 2020, has stepped down from that position. Mr Austin will join the Alba Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2025 on an initial fixed term of six months, renewable by mutual consent.
Dr Curtis Rooks will join the Company as Principal Geologist with effect from 1 October 2025. Dr Rooks is a leading authority on the geology and mineralisation at Motzfeldt and led the field programme which was successfully undertaken at Motzfeldt this summer.
Operational matters relating to the Clogau Gold Mine will continue to be managed by Dr Peter Bolt, the Chief Mining Engineer for the Mine.
